Booking
How do I book?
You can book directly through our website! Just click the “Book Now” button in the top right corner to get started. If you have special requests or questions before booking, email us anytime at [email protected] — we’re happy to help.
What do you charge for?
Our pricing is simple: nightly rate + a one-time cleaning fee + standard state and local taxes (just like any hotel stay). You’ll see a clear, itemized breakdown before you confirm your reservation.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes — a $250 security deposit is charged a few days before arrival and released after checkout (as long as no damage is found). We know accidents happen! If something breaks or spills, please just let us know right away. Many items have specific cleaning instructions or warranties, so we’ll handle it.
Can I change the dates of my reservation?
If you need to adjust your stay, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability and timing.

Checking In
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 3 PM and checkout is 10 AM. Need a little extra time? Early check-in or late checkout add-ons for your reservation may be available — just ask!
What is your check-in process?
We offer self check-in with a smart lock — your personal code will be sent before arrival. Since there’s no front desk, we’ll verify your ID and confirm your contact info so we can send your custom code, updates, and check-in details.
How do I connect to WiFi?
The WiFi network and password are in your check-in email and also posted on a sign inside the house (look on the game cabinet in the dining room).
Staying With Us
What are your house rules?
In short: No smoking/vaping (not even on the porch or deck), no pets, no parties or large groups. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise down You’ll find the full list in your rental agreement and our onsite Welcome Book. Booking your stay means you agree to all house rules.
Do you allow pets?
We love pups (especially our own), but to keep the home comfortable for all guests, we have a no-pet policy.
Do you have extra beds available if we have additional guests?
Our house has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 pack & play. We do not provide or allow extra beds. Overnight occupancy is strictly enforced to allow to up to 4 adults and 1 child (pack & play age).
Do I need to bring my own soap, shampoo or anything else?
Nope — we’ve got you covered! Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers, makeup towels, lint rollers, an iron, ironing board, and steamer. Forget something? Check the complimentary “Forgot Items” basket — it might just save the day.

Absolutely! Whether you’re into food, shopping, lake activities, or live music, we’d love to share our favorite local spots. Just let us know what you’re in the mood for.
