Why book direct?
Booking direct means you’ll pay less, with no third-party booking fees. You can also sign up for our email list to receive occasional offers and promotions available only to direct-booking guests.
What does the price include?
Your total includes the nightly rate, a one-time cleaning fee, and standard state and local taxes. You’ll see a clear, itemized breakdown before confirming—no surprises.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A $250 security deposit hold is placed on your credit card shortly before arrival and released after checkout, provided there’s no damage. If something breaks or spills, just let us know—many items have specific care instructions or warranties, and we’ll take it from there.
What is your cancellation policy?
We cannot offer refunds for weather-related events or others outside our control. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on our schedule—just ask in advance and we’re happy to offer options if possible.
How does check-in work? Do we need keys?
We offer easy self check-in with a smart lock. Your personal entry code and arrival details will be sent before your stay. The code works for the duration of your visit—no keys or stops required.
Do you verify guests before arrival?
Yes. Since there’s no front desk, we verify ID and contact information so we can provide your access code and stay details smoothly.
What are the house rules?
In short:
Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours. Booking the home means you agree to the full house rules outlined in your rental agreement and digital welcome book.
Do you allow pets?
We love dogs too, but to keep the home comfortable for all guests, we don’t allow pets.
How many guests can the house accommodate?
The home has one king bed, one queen bed, and one pack & play. It will comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 1 child (pack & play age). We don’t provide or allow extra beds.
Do you provide linens and towels?
Yes. We provide crisp, boutique hotel-quality bed linens and bath towels for each guest, and kitchen towels—all freshly laundered for every stay.
Do you supply basic household essentials?
The house is stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. In the kitchen you’ll also find olive oil, cooking spray, salt, pepper, and basic seasonings.
What about toiletries and personal care items?
Both bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryers, makeup towels, and lint rollers. An iron, ironing board, and steamer are provided. We also keep a complimentary “Forgot Items” basket—just in case.
Do you have Wi-Fi and TV access?
Yes. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi and Roku TVs, allowing you to securely log into your favorite streaming apps. All login information is automatically cleared at checkout.
Do you have baby gear?
A pack & play is available in the king bedroom closet. If you’ll need a high chair, just let us know before arrival and we’ll have it ready.

How do we check out?
Before leaving, please review the checkout checklist in the welcome guide or your reservation email, double-check for personal items, and you’re all set. Streaming apps will log out automatically at checkout time.
