Yes. Gift certificates are available through our website and can be used toward a future stay at Surf & Serenity House, based on availability and the certificate terms.

Your booking total includes the nightly rate, a one-time cleaning fee, and applicable state and local taxes. The checkout page shows the itemized total before you confirm.

Cancellation terms are shown before booking and in your reservation details. The current policy is:

• Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking, as long as check-in is at least 14 days away
• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in
• No refunds within 14 days of check-in

We cannot offer refunds for weather-related events or others outside our control. Travel insurance is recommended for peace of mind.

Surf & Serenity House uses a smart lock for easy self check-in. Your personal entry code and arrival details are sent before your stay, and the code works for the duration of your reservation.

Guests have access to a private driveway at the house. Parking and arrival details are included in the pre-arrival information sent before your stay.

Yes. Because there is no front desk, we verify guest identity and contact information before arrival so we can provide access details smoothly and securely.

The home is designed for up to 4 adults plus 1 child of pack-and-play age. There is one king bed, one queen bed, and one pack & play. Extra beds are not provided or allowed.

Surf & Serenity House has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers, making it a comfortable layout for couples, two couples, girlfriends weekends, or a small family with one young child.

Yes. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Surf & Serenity House is an updated 1920s home, so guests should be comfortable with stairs.

Yes. The layout works well for two couples because there is one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers.

Yes. Bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are provided and freshly laundered for each stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for normal vacation cooking, with cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee options, tea, and basic cooking essentials.

We provide basic household essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, olive oil, cooking spray, salt, pepper, and basic seasonings.

Both bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryers, makeup towels, and lint rollers. The house also includes an iron, ironing board, steamer, and a small forgotten-items basket for common travel needs.

Yes. The house has fast Wi-Fi and Roku TVs. Guests can log in to their own streaming apps, and login information is automatically cleared at checkout.

A pack & play is available in the king bedroom closet. If you will need a high chair, please let us know before arrival so we can have it ready for you ahead of time.

No. Pets are not allowed so the home can stay comfortable for all guests.

Yes. Exterior security cameras are disclosed for guest safety and property protection. There are no interior cameras.

Yes. A $250 security deposit hold is placed on the guest’s credit card shortly before arrival and released after checkout, provided there is no damage or missing items.

It is not intended to make guests nervous. It simply helps protect the home. If something breaks, spills, or needs attention during your stay, just let us know so we can work through it fairly.
