Surf & Serenity House is designed for up to 4 adults, plus 1 small child using the Pack ’n Play.

Yes. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be staying at the property.

No. Third-party bookings are not accepted. The person making the reservation must be the primary guest staying at the house.

A $250 security deposit hold is required before arrival.

We reserve the right to require identity verification for any reservation. If verification is required for your stay, you’ll receive instructions before arrival.

Cancellation terms can vary by booking channel and reservation dates. Please review the policy shown with your reservation or at checkout for the terms that apply to your stay.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

You’ll receive a personal smart-lock access code for your stay, so you can let yourself in without coordinating a key handoff.

The private driveway accommodates 3+ vehicles. Free street parking is also available, and the large 2-car garage can be made available by request.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. There is one full bathroom upstairs and a second full bathroom on the main floor.

Bedroom 1 has a King-size Helix Midnight mattress. Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size Helix Midnight mattress.

Yes. The remodeled kitchen includes an LG gas range with griddle cooktop, oversized oven, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, air fryer, cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils.

You’ll find single-serve and full-pot coffee makers, a tea kettle, assorted K-cups and ground coffee, tea, creamers, and flavorings.

Yes. A Weber Genesis gas BBQ grill is located on the back deck, with grilling tools provided. An extra propane tank is kept at the house if needed for the grill or fire table.

Yes. The house has a full-size washer and dryer, and laundry supplies are provided.

Yes. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and Bedroom 2 includes a dedicated desk/workspace.

The living room has a 55-inch Roku Smart TV, electric fireplace, games, and a turntable with a vinyl collection. Bluetooth audio is also available.

Yes. The home works well for small families. A Pack ’n Play is kept at the house for guests, and a high chair is available upon request.

Yes. Both bedrooms are on the second floor, so guests should be comfortable using stairs during their stay.

The layout is especially comfortable for couples, two-couple getaways, girls’ weekends, and small families.

Very. The Surf District is about a 3-minute walk, the lakefront about 4 minutes, and downtown Clear Lake about 5 minutes from the house.

Public lake access and the North Lakeview public dock are 2 blocks from the house.

Many of Clear Lake’s restaurants, shops, live music, lakefront areas, and downtown attractions are within walking distance, so it is easy to park and explore much of the area on foot.
