What guests remember most.

We only wish we could have stayed longer. The communication leading up to our stay answered any questions we may have had. The location was perfect. A red-carpet welcome (play on words) & a bottle of wine made us feel right at home. The beds were comfortable; the towels were soft & the decor was tastefully done. Fresh personized homemade cookies were the best (thank you to whoever made them). Albums played on the record player turned into a karaoke night of fun & entertainment, brought back many great memories. The shopping was great & the people were extra friendly. There was so much more we could have done but ran out of time. We definitely will be back, for a longer period of time. Thank you, Jason & Debbie for creating such a wonderful lake house experience. We stayed her for just a couple nights but immediately felt right at home. This was a great home base walkable to the Surf Ballroom where we enjoyed a beautiful wedding reception. The city is very welcoming to leisure activities and I was able to bike a couple laps around the lake while my family walked downtown for shopping and coffee. Our spirits were not dampened despite the rainy weather. We will hopefully be back! ---

We had the best time at the Surf & Serenity House! It was cute, cozy and clean. We especially enjoyed listening to records with our morning coffee and the special touches that made it feel like home. Our hosts were thoughtful and communicative, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend this awesome place for anyone wanting some R&R in Clear Lake!

Jason and Debbie’s place was wonderful! The name, Surf and Serenity, was so fitting. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our time here. Their home is lovely, beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and so close to everything! We enjoyed walking along the lake and trying many of the restaurants and activities that are a short stroll away. The peace and serenity of the home, especially the front porch and the back deck with the lights was delightful. They even left a sweet note and welcome gift for our anniversary. 🤍We highly recommend this place and hope to be back.

Jason & Debbie’s hospitality is unmatched! Their home is very accommodating, with all the amenities you could need! Very responsive hosts, giving great local recommendations. The location of the house is great! In a quiet neighborhood, very walkable area, easy to get into downtown.

We stayed for the weekend to compete in the clear lake triathlon. Everything thing about the house was great. Super close to the race to walk down to the start and to go downtown after. One thing that stood out to us all was all of the extra amenities. the amount of coffee and tea options as well as cookware was above and beyond. Also if you forgot any toiletry needed they had you covered! We loved the house and location. The grill and fire table were clutch for both dinner and relaxing after the race. We had an amazing time!

This house was absolutely beautiful, spotless clean, and very comfortable!! Jason and Debbie’s were very responsive with questions I had before we arrived and super accommodating and helpful. My only wish is we could have stayed longer! It’s also in the PERFECT location. You could walk to everything but still felt like it was in a peaceful quiet spot.

This house is amazing and a perfect location! It is 2 blocks from the lake and 2 blocks from the town, 1 block to the surf. We love Clear Lake and the hosts were over the top. We were visiting for my kids sailing regattas and they had homemade personalized Pewaukee Yacht Club and clear lake cookies. In addition, a nice bottle of Rose and a gourmet charcuterie platter in the fridge! The beds and bedding are luxury and the decor is beautiful. Thank you for everything and we love the front porch so much!!!

My sisters and I had a long weekend at Surf and Serenity. It was everything advertised and more. It was very charming, clean, and great attention to the details. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We loved sitting on the front porch and being on the back deck. Jason and Debbie were great to work with. We have already booked Surf and Serenity again for next year!

Jason and Debbie were amazing! They checked in and were accommodating to any special requests. The house warming gift was a nice touch. We enjoyed staying in one night and grilling. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook some food at the house. We also loved that we could walk to wherever we needed and didn’t have to drive everywhere. We will definitely be booking with them again!

We loved our stay here! The adorable design, the attention to detail, the warm welcome we received; everything was amazing. Being able to walk to all our destinations was another plus! I would highly recommend and would absolutely choose to stay there again.

We loved this house. It was incredibly clean and spacious. Everything was modern and top tier including the kitchen and bathrooms. They really thought of everything down to the luxury towels. The house was very peaceful and quiet. The hosts were great and responsive. This will be our new go to when we book in Clear Lake.

The Surf and Serenity home was welcoming from the start. Our check in was seamless and even available early for us. The home is decorated beautifully including the furniture on the on front and back porches. Our expectations were exceeded with this well-equipped home and coffee bar. The coffee options met everyone's tastes. Our hosts not only provided basic items for the kitchen and bath but went over and above to provide the "just on case you forgot this" basket. Our welcome basket included a personal note and local goodies. We appreciated their thoughtfulness. The house was clean, fresh and perfect for our visit to Clear Lake for the weekend. You are in walking distance to the lake, downtown and The Surf!!!!

Highly recommend staying here. This was one of the best I have stayed in!! The house is beautiful, had all the "extras"...coffee, ice ready, small toiletries in case you forgot anything, night lights for seeing after dark. Space was comfortable, front porch & deck so nice!! Also walking distance to the lake, the surf & downtown!! Hope to be back!!! Jason & Debbie also very responsive!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculately clean and well appointed. We slept like babies in the comfortable bed and enjoyed mornings on the covered porch and evenings around the fire table on the back deck. We had such an incredible stay—this is truly one of those rare Airbnb finds where everything exceeds expectations. Jason and Debbie were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and clearly so thoughtful about every detail of the guest experience. The space itself was spotless, beautifully organized, and incredibly comfortable. And I have to mention the towels and sheets… hands down the softest we’ve ever experienced. Seriously—still thinking about them and wishing we could bring them home with us. We also loved the peaceful outdoor spaces. The patios were perfect for relaxing, and the fire pit made for such a cozy way to wind down in the evenings. It felt like a true retreat. The full coffee bar was another standout touch—such a great way to start the day and just one more example of how well everything was thought through. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone. Jason and Debbie have created something really special.

Surf and Serenity is a cozy place within walking distance of restaurants, the lake and downtown. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of details to make the stay better-lots of coffee and tea choices, cozy blankets to cuddle in, treats left for us, and great instructions and local recommendations. I especially liked listening to their albums on the turntable. My only negative is that we were there in the winter and some places were closed so be sure to check in advance to make sure places are open.
